My name is Muthu Palani also known as Vijay from Kottaiyur, Tamil Nadu. I graduated in Civil Engineering from Alagappa University in April 2018. This was possible only due to the generosity and help of Nachiappan foundation who helped to nurture me from a young age of 10 and funded my education right from primary school up to Engineering. Firstly, I would like to thank Mrs Parvathi Achi, Alagappan Annan and Jaishri Achi. The foundation is helping many needy students every year to study and pursue their dreams.

Even Vallal Dr Alagappa Chettiar is not alive to continue his service to society through education. His soul lives in the family of Parvathi Achi by helping many poor students fulfill their dream of education. Those who are benefitting from the foundation like me should always remember our current improved situation to our past impoverished situation earlier. As a proud beneficiary of the Nachiappan foundation, I am requesting everyone to use this priceless opportunity by excelling in your field of study and determine your own destiny.

I am living with dignity because of the foundation. I believe mine is a success story and I once again thank the foundation for who I am today.
